7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
To ensure baggage insurance on your order, we require customers to record a video while opening the package upon delivery. This video is necessary to activate our insurance. In the event of a lost item, we will issue an immediate refund once we confirm the shipment is lost.

8. Returns and Exchanges
For returns or exchanges, we also require a video of the unboxing process. This provides the necessary proof required to process your request. Without this video, we cannot approve refunds or exchanges.
